In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44503963) dated (12/09/1444 AH), which includes that the Federation received a telegram enabling the Ministry of Commerce, regarding the increasing number of complaints received by the Ministry during the last period and the dissatisfaction of a number of consumers on the topics: "The high prices of car spare parts and not allowing maintenance of cars in the event that the consumer buys spare parts via the Internet Or from outside the Kingdom, and the lack of availability of some auto parts and the delay in providing them to the consumer." Whereas, the Ministry intends to hold a workshop with car dealerships on Wednesday 14/09/1444 AH corresponding to 05/04/2023 AD, to discuss the above-mentioned topics, identify challenges, and discuss solutions aimed at addressing them and following up on their implementation. Provide the Ministry with data and information as attached.
