A reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44100051) dated (10/01/1444 AH), which states that the Federation of Saudi Chambers has received the letter of the General Authority for Ports No. (1/31/70/248) dated (03/01/1444 AH) containing the authority’s desire to announce On the transfer of management and operation of Duba Port from the General Authority of Ports to NEOM Company as of (01/08/2022 AD), and the management of NEOM Company will be responsible for all the operational and administrative work of the port and the relationship with government agencies and the private sector, with the General Authority of Ports continuing to perform its responsibilities on as follows:
1- Issuing regulations and legislations for port operation in line with all ports.
2- Licensing all activities in the port.
3- The supervisory role over all ships arriving at the ports.
4- Collect all fees related to Schedule (A) of the Port Services Fees and Fees System.
