With government agencies in projects and operating contracts for vehicles “without an operating card” and their failure to correct their conditions and issue transport licenses and operating cards for vehicles, and this includes contractors working in transport activities.Directly or contractors working in projects that require the operation of trucks, such as (construction - cleaning contracts - etc.), as the General Ports Authority confirms, in Circular No. (18) of the year 2024, that “all companies (contracting / licensed) with the Authority must verify when contracting.” “With the carrier of the availability of an operating card for trucks issued by the General Transport Authority, the Authority also assures all establishments working in projects and operational contracts to quickly rectify their conditions.”
