Referring to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. 45509296/3 dated 04/18/1446 AH referred to in addition to the letter of the Federation No. (42101922) dated 5/3/1443 AH, which includes a circular to the subscribers of the Chambers of Commerce regarding what was stated in the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (10075) dated 5/2/1443 AH, which includes the telegram of the Royal Court No. (26600) dated 4/26/1443 AH, which includes the kind approval of what the Council of Ministers directed regarding finding a mechanism to control the transportation operations of non-Saudi vehicles intending to the lands of the Kingdom and what was stipulated in paragraph 6 thereof, taking the necessary measures to ensure that traders, factories, importers, institutions, companies and the like do not contract with foreign trucks for transportation in The Kingdom, or to a third country other than the country of registration of the truck, except after obtaining the necessary permit from the General Transport Authority.
