Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. 45505533, dated 11/28/1445 AH, in which it is referred to the Ministry of Commerce’s desire to search for merchants whose commercial records have expired to correct their conditions in order to avoid their automatic cancellation after 30 days of official notification in accordance with Article Seven of the Commercial Registry System (attached). Whereas the Ministry emphasizes the speedy correction of the conditions of commercial records that have expired by renewing or canceling them, and the conditions of “institutions” are corrected through the electronic services of the Saudi Business Center and “companies” through the electronic services of the Ministry of Commerce, and the owner is responsible for all consequences and entitlements resulting from the cancellation, which occurs automatically after 30 days. days from the date of the official notification, (attached) the statement of the Ministry of Commerce in this regard. Therefore, we hope that you will renew the records to avoid their cancellation.
