Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. 45505082, dated 11-06-1445 AH, in which it is indicated that the Union received the letter from the Unayzah Chamber of Commerce No. (2252), dated 10/22/1445 AH, which included the chamber’s intention to hold the “Qassim Real Estate Forum” in partnership with the Qassim Chamber and the Al-Rass Chamber. Which will be held under the generous patronage of His Royal Highness Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud, Emir of the Qassim region, during the period 12/27/29/1445 AH, at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Unayzah. The forum will be accompanied by a real estate exhibition that will last for three days in which various official authorities and bodies will participate. And leading companies in the real estate sector.
This forum comes in its first session as an initiative from the Chamber towards stimulating and attracting investors in all fields and sectors related to the real estate sector to invest and develop real estate in the Qassim region, and to employ the people of the Kingdom in real estate development, real estate brokerage, property and facilities management, contracting and construction, and real estate financing, and where the forum discusses Which lasts for one day, the following topics:

Dialogue session: Auction houses and liquidation
