A reference to the letter from Universal International Exhibitions and Conferences Company “Egy Beauty and Clean Africa Exhibition” calling for the formation of a trade delegation to visit the Egy Beauty and Clean Africa Exhibition, the international exhibition for cosmetics, perfumes and detergents from May 11 to 13, 2024 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center - New Cairo. To attend the largest international event in Egypt and Africa in the sectors of cosmetics, perfumes, detergents and packaging materials, which will be held in its fifth session from May 11 to 13, 2024 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center - New Cairo, under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. More than 300 exhibiting companies from 20 countries around the world are participating in the exhibition, in addition to the presence of international pavilions from China, India, Korea, Turkey, South Africa, the Emirates and Saudi Arabia.More than 15,000 trade visitors from Egypt, Africa and the Middle East visit the exhibition. The exhibition management is organizing a B2B program, which is a program to coordinate meetings between exhibitors and trade visitors from countries in Africa, the Gulf, and the Middle East.
The organizing company provides the following privileges to the members of the trade delegation:
1. Nominate accommodation in a 5-star hotel close to the exhibition at a special price ($120 per person per day instead of $180) – (single room).
2. A free night's stay is given.
3. Airport reception and free transfer to the hotel.
4. Free transportation from the hotel to the exhibition and back throughout the three days of the exhibition.
5. Receiving members of the trade delegation in the VIP/B2B area.
6. Coordinate bilateral meetings with exhibitors in the designated meeting area at a rate of 5 meetings per day for each trade visitor if participation is confirmed.7. Nominate a tourism company to arrange a tourist tour according to the desire of the business delegation at a special price.
