Reference to the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. 45104442, dated 09-24-1445 AH, referring to the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (25753/A), dated 9/22/1445, referring to Cabinet Resolution No. (103), dated 2/7/1443. E (attached) containing royal directives obligating government agencies to take fair measures when exercising their jurisdiction in accordance with regulatory texts when they control administrative violations and impose penalties on violating commercial establishments based on several controls included, the most prominent of which is notifying and informing the violator of the penalty imposed on him and a reference to the circular of His Excellency the Minister of Finance and the informant. To all government agencies, including a copy to His Excellency the CEO of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, numbered (30753) and dated 7/18/1442 AH, and based on Royal Order No.(49356) dated 10/26/1438 AH stipulating that the entities and their affiliated entities) that issue fines and penalties in accordance with their statutory regulations and legislation shall use the National Platform for Violations (IFA) and complete what is necessary regarding activating and using the platform fully to issue and follow up on financial penalties and fines (attached) and accordingly. The Authority notes the necessity of circulating commercial establishments to follow up on notifications regarding violations and penalties through the National Violations Platform (Efaa) and to update the contact information of the relevant government agencies concerned with providing services to them.
