Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45104180) dated 09/11/1445 AH, in which it is indicated that the Federation received the Food and Drug General Authority’s letter No. (24710/A) dated 9/9/1445 AH, which includes that based on the immediate notification report issued by the World Organization For Animal Health (WOAH dated 8/2/1445 AH corresponding to 2/12/2024 AD, which indicates that the highly virulent avian influenza disease has been controlled in Mazowieckie Province in the Republic of Poland and that no new outbreaks of the disease have been recorded there, and after referring to the recommendations issued by the World Organization for Animal Health Contained in Article 4.10 of the Terrestrial Animal Health Constitution, which states that the ban can be lifted.We therefore inform you that Authority Resolution No. (24038/B) was issued on 9/1/1445 AH regarding lifting the temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, and their products and equipment from the Mazowieckie District in the Republic of Poland.
