Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45104027) dated (09/03/1445 AH), in which it is indicated that the Union received the letter from the General Ports Authority No. 1/31/70/21492, dated 08/23/1445 AH, which includes a reference to the system of fees and charges for port services. Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/42) dated 07/02/1405 AH, and a reference to the decision of the Board of Directors of the General Ports Authority No. (202/C 21/D2) dated 12/19/2023 AD, regarding approval of the amendments introduced to the fees for port services. Accordingly, the General Ports Authority would like to announce the amendment and introduction of the current wage items contained in the system of fees and charges for port services and determine the financial compensation for them according to the attached formula (fourth version) for approval and implementation of its content as of the date
