Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45504007) dated (08/29/1445 AH), which indicates that the Union received an email from the Ministry of Commerce on 3/6/2024 AD, and the reference is to the letter of His Excellency the Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance No. (30271) And the date of 8/19/1445 AH, regarding the launch of the Foundation’s initiative, starting from 3/3/2024 AD, for a period of six months, concerned with stimulating establishments through exemption from fines arising before the date of launching the initiative and resulting from the establishments’ delay in paying the subscriptions that must be paid to the Foundation on the statutory dates specified in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph (5) of Article (Nineteen) of the Social Insurance System, in addition to exemption from fines resulting from violations in accordance with the provisions of Article (Sixty-Two) of the same system, in exchange for payment of amounts.The contributions due to the institution are in accordance with the controls included in the announcement of this initiative, which is a great opportunity to correct the conditions of troubled establishments and urge them to return to the path of insurance compliance with the social insurance system and its executive regulations. Application for the initiative will be automatic through the establishment’s account on the “Business Insurance” platform.
