Supervisory and oversight of public transport activities, and to the regulations regulating the activity of specialized transport, leasing and directing buses issued by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services No. (118/41/1) dated (7/5/1441 AH) and its amendments, and a reference to the regulations regulating the activity of international passenger transport by buses. Issued by Resolution of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (488) dated (3/24/1444 AH) and its amendments, and in the interest of the Authority to raise rates Compliance rates for these activities and improving the quality of service provided to beneficiaries, as of the date (4/21/2024 AD), violations of bus rental activities and international transportation of passengers by buses will be monitored through the automated monitoring system, in all regions and cities of the Kingdom according to the following:
1. Operating a bus without obtaining an operating card.
2. Operate a bus with an expired operating card.
3. Using a bus in activity for a period exceeding its approved operational life.
