Reference to the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45103686) dated (08/11/1445 AH), which indicates that the Union received a letter from the General Authority for Transport No. (4435/45/1) dated (7/26/1445 AH), in which paragraph ( Seventeen) of Article (Thirty) of the regulations governing the activity of specialized transportation, renting and directing buses, which stipulates: “The driver who works with the licensee must wear the national uniform or the uniform approved by the Authority,” and a reference to the decision of His Excellency the Chairman of the Public Transport Authority in charge No. (No. 84/45/1) dated (7/29/1445 AH) stipulating the approval of bus drivers’ uniforms in specialized transportation activities, bus rental and directing, educational transportation, and international transportation, and since this document was published in the official newspapers and official means of communication of the Authority on7/14/1445 AH, corresponding to 1/26/2024 AD, and will enter into force starting on 10/16/1445 AH, corresponding to 4/25/2024 AD.
