Reference to the letter of the CEO of the Privileged Residence Center No. (2261) dated (06/27/1445 AH), which refers to Royal Decree No. (M/84) dated 06/11/1445 AH, approving the amendment of the Privileged Residence System and the launch of five residence products. The distinctive one is (exceptional efficiency - talent - entrepreneur - business investor - real estate owner) with continuity of work with the current distinctive residency products (permanent - one year, renewable), which aims to attract and retain competencies, talents and investments in the Kingdom.
Based on the center’s goal to contribute to empowering the national economy by developing competitive products, services and businesses for distinguished accommodation, and working to attract target groups, launch and market them in line with national priorities and enhance the Kingdom’s image as a leading global destination. I would like to benefit from the launch of the new Premium Residency Center platform (www.pr.gov.sa), which contains information to learn about the seven Premium Residency products and their advantages. Believing in the importance of providing the opportunity for those interested in obtaining distinctive accommodation products.
