Reference to the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45102783) dated (06/07/1445 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of His Excellency the Minister of Investment, in which it is indicated that the Ministry is the competent authority and the main reference in the Kingdom with regard to regulating investment (domestic and foreign), developing it, promoting its components, encouraging it, and protecting it. Investors, and it has the right - without prejudice to the competencies and responsibilities of other parties - to do everything necessary in order to achieve its goals, including establishing a database of investment and its indicators in the Kingdom to be the unified platform and main reference for information related to the Ministry’s competencies.
And coordination with the relevant authorities to provide these relevant information, data and reports with the aim of providing the necessary support to Saudi investors, and the Ministry requested to direct the competent authorities of the Federation to provide the Ministry with the aforementioned information.
