(First) to stop receiving requests to issue licenses and add cars in the public taxi activity in the following cities (Riyadh, Medina, Jeddah, Dammam Metropolis), with the exception of requests to issue licenses and add cars registered in the General Transport Authority and requests to add cars that have proof of their purchase before The date of publication of this decision, provided that the procedures for applications and vehicle registration are completed by establishments within a period of three months from the date of publication of this decision, and what was stipulated in Clause (Second) “Licenses for public taxi activity in the following cities (Riyadh, Medina, Jeddah, the capital of Dammam) according to the number of cars available at the facility when submitting a renewal application.
