Reference to the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers, in which it is indicated that the Union of Saudi Chambers received a letter from the Arab Organization for Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining, dated November 17, 2023 AD, regarding the organization organizing three workshops in the city of Marrakesh, the Kingdom of Morocco, during the period December 12-14, 2023 AD, in cooperation with the Center for... United Nations ESCWA Technology, which are as follows:
1-A workshop entitled “Enhancing the economic and social empowerment of youth and women and its importance in achieving comprehensive and sustainable industrial development.”
2-A workshop entitled “The importance of industrial incubators, technology, and business accelerators and their role in supporting young entrepreneurs.”
3-A workshop entitled “Utilizing innovation and digital technology to support industrial sector organizations.”
The workshops aim to enhance the capabilities of entrepreneurs, empower women and youth, and highlight the role of industrial incubators and business accelerators in reducing the phenomenon of unemployment and absorbing young people, entrepreneurs and new graduates into small and medium industrial projects.
Note that the workshops fall within the activities of the Arab Summit for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprises
The middle school will be held by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
