Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45101734) dated (04/24/1445 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the Food and Drug General Authority’s letter No. (10231/A) dated (04/14/1445 AH), which included the Authority’s note on the submission of some importers of products Halal food certificates from parties not designated by the Saudi Halal Center, and based on the Food and Drug System issued by Royal Decree No. (M/1) dated (06/01/1436 AH) and its executive regulations issued by Board of Directors Resolution No. (3-16/1439) dated ( 04/09/1439 AH) Based on the Authority’s supervisory role, the Authority would like to confirm the necessity of attaching a halal certificate from the authorities designated by the Saudi Halal Center at the Food and Drug General Authority, attached to Circular No. (10130) dated (04/11/1445 AH) and the guideline for importers.
