Reference to the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45101364) dated 04/02/1445 AH, referring to the General Authority for Foreign Trade telegram No. 398, dated 03/20/1445 AH, attached to the previous telegram No. 16878, dated 05/08/1444 AH, which included a statement of the completion of Automating the mechanism for travel permits for Saudi businessmen to Iraq and launching the service through the website of the Ministry of Commerce (electronic services - service for requesting permits to travel abroad for the purpose of investment), taking into account the fulfillment of the desire of Saudi businessmen to travel to Iraq to explore commercial and investment opportunities and participate in forums, exhibitions and forums in Iraq.
We would also like to report that a matrix has been worked on regarding the incoming requests (table attached) that includes the status of the applicant and the documents required from the applicant, in order to facilitate the process of issuing travel permits to the Republic of Iraq.
