Reference to the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45101331) dated 03/20/1445 AH, referring to the letter of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases No. (1000662) dated 03/17/1445 AH, and referring to the appendix telegram No. (232473/104922). /144) dated 09/18/1444 AH, which included the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases, regarding imposing a ban on the import of the equine species from the Republic of Uruguay, due to equine infectious anemia.
Whereas His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases, No. (5067770) was issued on 03/02/1445 AH, including lifting the temporary ban on importing the equine species from the Republic of Uruguay.
