Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45100980) dated 03/05/1445 AH regarding the Union’s receipt of the letter from the General Authority for State Real Estate No. (4530008365) dated 02/25/1445 AH, in which reference is made to the telegram of His Excellency the President of the Royal Court Circular No. (8325) dated 05 /02/1444 AH, referring to Cabinet Resolution No. (277) dated 04/14/1444 AH, which stipulates that all government agencies must provide the General Authority for State Real Estate with all data on the plans and lands owned by them or allocated or reserved for them, including the companies that manage A public facility and supervised by those entities, within a period not exceeding (6) months from the date of issuance of this decision, via the Entifaa platform at the following link: www.entifa.sa to facilitate procedures for sharing data with the Authority.
