Reference to the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45500812) dated (02/21/1445 AH), which refers to the telegram received from the General Authority for Foreign Trade No. (239) dated (02/14/1445 AH) regarding the telegram of His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs dated (02/12). /1445 AH) containing the statement that the Ministry had received a telegram from the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Arab Republic of Egypt, which included that the Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones had launched the Authority’s digital platform, which will provide all company establishment services to investors, including documenting contracts in real estate registration offices, registration using an electronic signature, and others. Services: The Authority also announced dispensing with the obligation for companies to submit a number of documents to obtain post-incorporation services in order to ensure that procedures are expedited and simplified.

 

The decision included dispensing with the documents requesting accreditation, confirming the validity of the information, nomination letters for the members and directors of the companies, authorizations to attend meetings, the deed of possession of the branch or location of the company, the minutes of the board of directors calling for the meeting, the minutes of the group of partners regarding amending the partnership contract, and declarations of acceptance of the appointment and resignation of the members and directors of the companies. The embassy added that this step And other government measures come to activate the tender program within the framework of stimulating the presence of the private sector as a primary partner in development and obtaining new foreign investments.
