Referring to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104760) and dated (10/11/1444 AH), I would like to note that the federation received the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. 27963 / p on 11/08/1444 AH (attached), which includes the immediate notification report issued by the World Health Organization Animal (WOAH) dated 10/22/1444 AH corresponding to 05/12/2023 AD, which reports an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the administrative regions (Gers) and (Landes) in the Republic of France.

Accordingly, we inform you of the issuance of the Authority’s decision No. (27385 / s) dated 11/02/1444 AH to impose a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat and table eggs, their products and equipment from the administrative regions (Gers) and (Landes) in the Republic of France.
