In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104390) dated (18/10/1444 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the letter of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority No. 25374 / p on 17/10/1444 AH (attached), and based on the data of the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), which indicates the control of highly virulent avian influenza in administrative areas (Vendee, Loire-Atlantique, Deux Sevres Morbian in Gers, Pyrenees-Atlantiques, Landes, Maine-et-Loire) in the Republic of France and the absence of a new outbreak of the disease in it, and after referring to the recommendations issued by the World Organization for Animal Health contained in Article (10.4) of the Constitution on the Health of Terrestrial Animals, which states that the ban can be lifted.
We inform you of the issuance of the Authority's decision No. (248/99/Q) dated (12/10/1444 AH) to lift the temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat and table eggs, their products and equipment from the administrative regions ( Vendee, Loire-Atlantique, Deux Sevres Morbian in Gers, Pyrenees-Atlantiques, Landes, Maine-et-Loire) in the Republic of France.
