Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104389) dated (18/10/1444 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the letter of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority No. (25373 p) dated (17/10/1444 AH) (attached), and based on the data of the World Organization for Animal Health (WAN) dated  (23/09/   1444 AH)  corresponding to (14/  04/2023 AD)  Which states that the highly virulent avian influenza disease has been controlled in the provinces of (todzkie) and (Wielkopolskie) in the Republic of Poland, and that no new outbreak of the disease has been recorded in them, and after referring to the recommendations issued by the World Organization for Animal Health contained in Article (104) of the Constitution on the Health of Wild Animals, which states that the ban can be lifted, we inform you of the issuance of the Authority's Resolution No. (24901/Q) dated (12/10/1444 AH)  Lifting the temporary ban on the import of poultry meat and table eggs, products and equipment from the Todzkie and Wielkopolskie Provinces of the Republic of Poland.
