Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104378) dated (18/10/1444 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the letter of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority No. 25070 / p  on (13/10/1444 AH) (attached), and based on the data of the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) stating the control of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in the Orkhon region ) in the Republic of Mongolia and the absence of a new outbreak of the disease in it, and after referring to the recommendations issued by the World Organization for Animal Health contained in Article (88) of the Constitution on Land Animal Health, which states that the ban can be lifted. We inform you of the issuance of the Authority's Resolution No. (24452/Q) dated (29/09/1444 AH) to lift the temporary ban imposed on the import of beef and sheep meat from the Orkhon region of the Republic of Mongolia.
