In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104063) dated (25/09/1444 AH), which includes that the Federation received a telegram from the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases (annex), which referred to the warning bulletin issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) on 10/03/2023 AD, which states that there are cases of foot-and-mouth disease in the Republic of Turkey.
We would like to inform you of the issuance of the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases, which includes a ban on the import of live livestock from the Republic of Turkey due to foot-and-mouth disease.
