In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103696) dated (29/08/1444 AH) that we would like to note that the Federation received the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. 30686 dated 24/08/1444 AH (attached) referring to the letter of the Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization No. (4168) dated 21/08/1444 AH, which includes the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Organization No. (188) dated 12/06/1444 AH , B Updating the Technical Regulations for the Safety of Machines, Part IV, Sawing and Shredding Machines, was published in um Al-Qura newspaper and the Authority's website, and it will enter into force and mandatory application as of 29/01/1445AH corresponding to 16/08/2023AD.
