In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103681) dated (29/08/1444 AH) that we would like to take note of receiving the letter of the Federation of the Ministry of Commerce No. 30685 dated 24/08/1444 AH (attached) in which reference is made to the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (435464/1291/1441) dated 15/08/1444AH, regarding the European Commission Resolution No. 404/2021 (EU) ) on 13/07/2022, which included lifting the ban on the import of equine animals from the regions (Parana and Rio de Janeiro) in the Federative Republic of Brazil, and allowing the entry of equine species to the European Union countries.
And the issuance of the decision of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (435464/1291/1441) dated 10/08/1444 AH to lift theban on the import of equine species, semen, bodia and embryos from the regions (Parana and Rio de Janeiro) in the Federative Republic of Brazil.
