In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (4410346 5) dated (16/8/144 4 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the letter of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases No. (79497/1291/1441) dated 14/08/1444 AH, in which reference is made to Report of the technical team that visited the Republic of South Africa, during the period from 1-7/05/1444 AH, and recommended lifting the ban on the import of live animals from the Republic of South Africa, in accordance with the conditions of the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) as well as the conditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Whereas, the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases (WQA) No. (79497/35/1444) dated (10/08/1444 AH) was issued to lift the ban on the import of live animals from the Republic of South Africa.
