Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103384) dated (14/08/1444 AH), which indicates that the Federation received a  letter from  the Saudi Food and Drug Authority No. (19458/p) dated (10/08/1444   AH) in which reference is made to the letter of the Federation  No. (44502103) dated (20/05/1444 AH) regarding the meeting of the  National Committee for Fresh Dairy Producers regarding the application of the new requirements on the juice products card, and referred to the Authority's circular No. ( FS-CIR-1-V2/212911) dated (24/04/1443H) on Compliance with Saudi Technical Regulation No. (SFDA. FD5012) "Fruit Juices, Nectar and Syrup Label".

Accordingly, SFDA requests the relevant manufacturers and importers of food products that do not comply with the regulation to provide it with a corrective plan for study and evaluation, and SFDA will follow up the implementation of the corrective plan with non-compliant establishments.
