In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103278) dated (08/08/1444 AH) that the Federation received the letter of the General Transport Authority No. (6409/44/1) dated 11/07/1444 AH and referred to letter No. (5355/44/1) dated 01/06/1444 AH, as well as theMinister of Transport and Logistics Services No. (448) And the date of 24/02/1444 AH to adopt the regulations governing the activity of international transport of passengers by buses.
Whereas, the decision of His Excellency the Acting President of the Public Transport Authority No. (651) dated 25/06/1444 AH was issued to adopt the mechanism for implementing the provisions of the regulation governing the activity of international transport of passengers by buses, and the Authority's desire to inform the establishments licensed to practice the activity of transporting and deporting passengers by buses outside the Kingdom of the issuance of the decision to adopt the mechanism for implementing the provisions of the aforementioned regulation (attached mechanism).
