In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44102345) dated (15/06/1444 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the letter of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce No. (20453) dated 8/6/1444 AH referring to the imminent entry into force of the new Companies Law and its executive regulations, which will come into force as of 25/6/1444 AHcorresponding to 18/01/2023 AD and to enhance the complementary role between the Federation, Chambers and the business sector, attached is the presentation on the features of the new Companies Law .
