In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44101672) dated (04/05/1444 AH), which refers to the existing coordination between the Federation and the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority to hold a workshop entitled (Opportunities to benefit from private sector contracts and procurement) on Wednesday (13/05/1444 AH) corresponding to (07/12/2022 AD) at the Union's headquarters "Saad Al-Mojil Hall - Theater" from 4 o'clock Evening to 8 pm. As the workshop aims to introduce the controls for giving preference to local content and small and medium enterprises in the work and purchases of companies wholly owned by the state - or any of its government agencies - or in which it owns more than 50% of its capital, to raise the level of awareness and understanding of the private sector of the mechanisms and requirements of local content, related to the aforementioned controls.
