Whereas, the first phase of the initiative was launched on 01/07/2021 AD on the main axes of five major cities (Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Dammam, Jeddah) and the start of obligating the implementation of fences and applying violations as of 01/07/2022AD. The second phase of the initiative will be launched on 01/03/2023. On the main axes targeted by Amanat (the Holy Capital, Medina, Dammam, Jeddah, Qassim, Asir, Al-Ahsa), and the third phase on 01/10/2023 AD on the main axes targeted by Amanat ( Tbook, Jazan, Hail, Najran. Taif, Al-Baha, Al-Jawf, Northern Borders, Hafr Al-Batin), and the need to notify the owners to start Balware urgently to raise the percentage of compliance and avoid falling into the country.
