Reference to the letter of the Public Authority for Transport No. (1/44/2434) dated (07/03/1444 AH), which refers to the decision of His Excellency the President of the Public Transport Authority in charge No. (525/44/1) dated (26/09/2022 AD) to approve the approval of The colour, marks and data required to be placed on the vehicle operating in the vehicle transport and vehicle towing activity.
Accordingly, we enclose to you the color, markings and data required to be placed on the vehicle operating in the car transport and towing activity, taking into account the following:
1- Verify compliance with the color, markings and data required to be placed on the vehicle operating in the activity of transporting cars and towing vehicles when issuing a new operating card for those vehicles starting from the date (26/11/2022 AD).
2 - Vehicles that have a valid operating card before the date (25/11/2022 AD) are given a period ending on (25/09/2023 AD) in order to implement the commitment to the colors, signs and data required to be placed on the vehicle.
