Reference to the letter of the Federation of Chambers No. 44100688 dated 03/03/1444 AH, which refers to the union’s receipt of the Saudi Business Center telegram No. 6606, dated 2/19/1444 AH, in which reference is made to Cabinet Resolution No. 456, dated 11/8/1444 AH, judge in item (First) by approving the organization of the Saudi Center for Economic Business, which aims to facilitate the procedures for starting and practicing economic business, and providing all services and work related to it, in accordance with international best practices and to item (Second) which includes the transfer of all the unified national platform (Meras) from Documents, property, financial credits, obligations and rights to the Saudi Center for Economic Business, and in view of what was observed that some employees of government agencies referred investors to the unified national platform (Meras) to benefit from government services for the business sector, where the center reports that the unified national platform (Meras) has been closed. And the transfer of all its services to the Saudi Center for Economic Business in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers referred to above, and that the services of the economic business sector are provided to the beneficiaries through the spatial centers Affiliated to the Saudi Center for Economic Business and its unified electronic platform.
