Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. 44500575 dated 02/15/1444 AH, referring to the letter of the Ministry of Finance No. 3635, dated 25/01/1444 AH, and referring to Article (96) of the Governmental Competition and Procurement Law issued by Royal Decree No. M/128 And on November 13, 1440 AH, which stipulated that, taking into account the provisions of the relevant regulations, the Ministry prepares the following (regulation for regulating conflict of interest regarding the application of the system of government tenders and procurement and its executive regulations) pursuant to Cabinet Resolution No. 537 dated 08/21/1441 AH in Article (Eighth) of which, (the government entity - in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, should set a conflict of interest policy aimed at reducing its risks and addressing its cases), and the desire of the Ministry of Finance to achieve the objectives of the aforementioned conflict of interest regulation, it emphasizes the development of a conflict of interest policy in implementation What is included in Article (Eighth) of the same regulation.
