Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44100035) dated (06/01/1444 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (224/p) on 03/01/1444 AH, in which reference is made to the reports issued by the World Organization For animal health, which indicates the control of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the provinces of (Kostroma Oblast), (Penza Oblast) and (Rostovskaya Oblast) in the Russian Federation and that there is no new outbreak, and based on the results of the field visit of the technical body team of the Federal Republic of Russia and its recommendation to raise The temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, and their products and equipment from the concerned provinces, and the issuance of the Authority’s Decision No. (30499 / s) dated (27/12/1443 AH) “attached” regarding lifting the temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, products and equipment from the provinces (Kostroma Oblast), (Penza Oblast) and (Rostovskaya Oblast) in the Russian Federation.
