Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44100036) dated (06/01/1444 AH), which states that the union received the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (223/p) dated (03/01/1444 AH), which referred to the international reports related to food safety in The countries of the world, and based on the immediate notification issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) on (20/12/1443 AH) corresponding to 19/07/2022 AD, which states that outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza have been recorded in Wielkopolskie County in the Republic of Poland And the issuance of the Commission’s Decision No. 30229/b dated (24/12/1443 AH) “Annex” imposing a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, their products and equipment from Wielkopolskie district in the Republic of Poland.
