(12288/43/1) dated (22/12/1443 Ah) referring to the decision of the authority no. (318) dated (11/12/1443 ah) on the obligation of licensees in the activity of transporting goods (carriers of hazardous materials) to issue the shipping document through the platform "Bayan", which includes the obligation to licensees in the activity of cargo transportation on land routes (carriers of petroleum and hazardous materials, By issuing the transport document through the "Bayan" portal as of (18/09/2022), the authority wishes to notify the licensed establishments of the activity of transporting goods and errands on the roads (carriers of hazardous materials) of the need to start issuing the shipping document through the "Bayan portal", where the establishments will be obliged starting from (18/9/2022) .
