Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43104636) dated (06/11/1443 AH), which indicates that the union received a secret telegram from the Ministry of Commerce No. (21963) dated (02/11/1443 AH), in which reference is made to the telegram of the Ministry of Information No. (033901- 43-001) dated (1/11/1443 AH) based on what was seized by the General Authority for Audio-Visual Media for the visitor, “Youmna Sami Al-Khoury” (a Lebanese national) of a violation of the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom related to the controls of commercial and advertising work, audio-visual media regulations, and commerce The Ministry hopes to circulate to private sector establishments not to deal with the aforementioned or advertise with them or invite them to any marketing or advertising activity for any products, goods, or services.
