Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43104620) dated (3/11/1443 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the telegram of the Ministry of Commerce No. 28575) dated (02/11/1443 AH), in which reference is made to the telegram of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (26127/ b) on (10/25/1443 AH), which includes the immediate notification from the World Health Organization for Animal Health on (1/10/1443 AH) corresponding to (2/5/2022 AD), which states that outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza were recorded in three administrative regions ( Dordogne, finistere, loir-et-chre) in the Republic of France and the issuance of the authority’s decision No. (25763/s) on (23/10/1443 AH) imposing a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat, table eggs and their products from the following administrative regions (Dordogne, finistere, loir) -et-cher) in the Republic of France and the following are excluded from the ban:
Poultry meat, table eggs, and their products and equipment that have been subjected to a heat treatment that is capable of eliminating the highly pathogenic avian influenza virus, provided that they conform to the health requirements and controls and the approved standard specifications, with attaching a certificate approved by the French official authorities proving that the product is free of the virus.
