Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43104588) dated (1/11/1443 AH), which refers to the recommendations of the Sub-Committee for the Agriculture Sector in the national programs to combat commercial cover-up, and as an extension of the efforts of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture to reduce the practices that cause commercial cover-up in the agricultural sector Among these practices is “selling agricultural production requirements such as fertilizers, pesticides, etc.” and the committee’s request to circulate to outlets for selling agricultural production requirements, provided that a developed agricultural register is available to the grower.
We also inform you that the Union received the supplementary letter of the Ministry of Trade No. (28171) dated (10/28/1443 AH), in which it is indicated that the Ministry received the appendix letter of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (258414) on (10/23/1443 AH) containing the approval of the beginning of September 2022 AD for the beginning of the actual application of the requirement of having a developed agricultural registry for the sale of agricultural production requirements.
