Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43504321) dated (10/10/1443 AH), which refers to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (25439) dated (27/9/1443 AH), in which reference is made to the statement issued by the Ministry of Commerce on 9/14 1443 AH) regarding the Ministry's investigation of what was raised about the unavailability of some types of cars at dealerships and their availability at showrooms at high prices, as the Ministry's supervisory teams were directed to carry out inspection tours of car showrooms in all regions of the Kingdom to verify the absence of any irregular practices that lead to drying up the supply of cars Or storing them for the purpose of raising their prices, knowing that the ministry is currently working in coordination with the Zakat, Tax, Customs Authority and the General Traffic Department to implement an electronic link to track the sale of cars and monitor any violating transactions.
