Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43103735) dated (21/8/1443 AH), which states that the union received the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (21333/AD) dated (18/8/1443 AH), which referred to the reports issued by the World Health Organization (OLE) indicating the emergence of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the states of (Delaware) and (Kentucky) in the United States of America, and the issuance of the authority’s decision No. (20838/s) on (12/8/1443 AH) imposing a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat Table eggs and their products are from Delaware and Kentucky in the United States of America.
