Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43103149) dated (15/07/1443 AH) that the federation received the letter of the Public Transport Authority, in which reference was made to the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Monitoring Environmental Compliance, in which reference is made to Royal Decree No. (AD 165) and the date (19/11/1441 AH) included in Paragraph (3) of Item (Second) that anyone who practices any of the environmental activities or that have an environmental impact correct his situation in accordance with the provisions of the environmental system and its regulations. And that within a period not exceeding (three years) from the date of its entry into force.
Provided that he submits to the competent center a plan to correct his situation within a maximum period of (nine months) from the date of entry into force of the system and its regulations, and referred to in the telegram to the issuance of Royal Decree No. (214) and the date (04/11/1443 AH) extending the period of (nine months) mentioned in Paragraph (3) of Item (Second) of Royal Decree No. (M/165) and the date (19/11/1441 AH) (nine months) additional.
