Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43500540) dated (07/02/1443 AH), which indicates that the union received the letter of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce No. (5/4/4/544) dated (31/08/2021 AD), referring to Their efforts to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and coordination with the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and to consolidate the concept of partnership to achieve further development and progress, and they wish to refer to the procedure followed by the Jordanian Free Zones Investors Association in the Zarqa Free Zone and without any official cover being an association and the association has no provision in the law governing that.
In addition to its use of the word “body” instead of an association, which may create the impression that it is a governmental entity, which is not a governmental entity and is not related to any governmental entity, and that this certification is accepted by the Saudi authorities. The competence and approval of commercial transactions is not within the competence of the Chambers of Commerce alone, according to the law approved by the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
