Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (42504474) dated (11/27/1442 AH), which indicates that the Federation received an email from the Ministry of Commerce on (07/07/2021 AD), which includes the establishment of a workshop specialized in the development of companies” on Monday corresponding to (12/07/2021 AD), and where the workshop targets mainly shareholders, partners, members of boards of directors and boards of directors in companies, the workshop also targets those interested and workers in closed joint-stock companies and limited liability companies and that the main topics of the workshop are as follows:
• Transformation of establishments into closed joint stock companies.
• Corporate Governance.
• Systematic aspects in corporate systems.
